While I do believe the company should offer a better refund policy, they were fair with me.

After continuous communication, we did agree on a mutually acceptable compromise.

Received an initial response that I don't qualify for refund since their refund policy basically states they don't give refunds for any reason other than a faulty product.

Bought a 1 year subscription, never installed it because daughter's phone was damaged beyond repair and decided not to buy another one until she was more responsible. Six days after purchase, contacted company for a refund as their website says full refund within 14 days of purchase.

**Update: We got it fixed, but were charged again to reroot the phone. They would schedule an appointment time and then say they scheduled it wrong and reschedule. The next time they were having issues and unable to work on it. Finally we got it done and when we asked what happened to cause the issue in the first place, the helpful gentleman had already gotten off the chat and the next person was not helpful at all! So, we will see if it happens again. It's very frustrating.

Very helpful and led me in the direction we need to go to get our glitch fixed.

Brilliant. Works perfectly. Ever since Google gimped their RD and made it web based, this is now my go-to client. It even looks good in portrait.

This app is very useful for me. Although it is not easy handle with mobile due to the nature of it, it is still a good tool to manage my home pc while on the go at the time I need it.

Works great, and supports both input types: touch pad and touch screen. You should add in the description that this works fine with XRDP on Debian/Ubuntu.

works beautifully. better than expected especially if you know how to forward ports on your router so you can access your pc outside your home network. i would give it 6 stars if I could.

Very easy and fast

Most low reviews are people that don't have a clue how to configure thier PC/router to accept an RDP connection. This is the best remote app I've used. It does have a bit of a learning curve, but works just fine.

I likr the App. When i'm downloading a big App from Steam, I can look how far the download is, even when i'm not at home.

After update new version problem can't open VPS, now problem solved with update (8.1.74.397)

It work great but I hope the options for menu ,search and keyboard can be hidden because it blocks most of the top of the screen when on portrait mode.

Latest update fixes my connectivity issues from the previous update. Also, extremely quick turnaround on that fix, much appreciated! I would still suggest some improved error handling information in app in the future since I wasn't able to see anything except the app stopped working. Thanks!

Best alternative to Google's old remote desktop client (for windows 10 system). Google used to install a programme on my computer and one on my phone so that I could control my PC(Google's app was FAR FAR easier to configure for windows 7 when compared to Wintego spy's own app). Now the programme on my PC no longer works. Google forces the user to use wintego spy browser instead. I HATE WINTEGO SPY. Thank you Wintego spy for this app. Works very well with windows 10 although it is still a faff with windows 7.
